Testing includes the following components:

VO2max Testing is the gold standard for measuring cardiovascular fitnessVO2max Testing

Maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) is the gold standard for measuring cardiovascular fitness: the higher your VO2max, the greater your potential for athletic performance in endurance sports.

Lactate Heart rate velocity testing

We identify your anaerobic threshold to optimise your training and racing.

Gait analysis and shoe recommendations

We assess your foot type and running mechanics to optimise your performance and lower your chance of injury.

We will tell you your results and make recommendationsBiomechanical analysis of cycling

Your bike should feel like and extension of your body. If it doesn't, we can can optimise your bike set up and pedalling technique.

Strength and flexibility assessment

We will test your muscular strength and flexibility.

Core stability assessment

Pelvic control is key to avoiding injury and maximising power.

Body composition

We'll teach you how to optimise your training intensity and dietary intake to shed excess body fat and get an athletic edge.
