Workplace Weight Loss: Program Structure

Project 10 runs for 20 weeks. For the first 16 weeks, our Dietitians will design a calorie reduced meal plan for each of your employees, accommodating their lifestyle and daily work schedule.

In the final four weeks, our Dietitians will teach your employees how to maintain their weight losses with skills such as healthy eating, portion control, meal timing, eating away from home and exercising for maximum weight loss:

Weekly sessions are facilitated by a specially trained Wesley Weight Management Clinic Dietitian. Sessions run for an hour, incorporating time for questions and facilitated discussions.

Sessions are delivered in an intimate group setting with a recommended maximum of 20 participants. One-on-one contact with Wesley Weight Management Clinic health professionals is available both during and outside of session times. And if your employees are in need of a refresher, they can refer back to their comprehensive program notes and a 140 page education manual.
